Resumes on your device
Resumes, saved design templates and preferences are stored in this browser’s localStorage. No account is required. Clearing browser data removes these local copies. Export a backup before clearing storage or changing devices. Others using the same browser profile may be able to access your saved resumes.
Sharing a resume
Creating a share link uploads a snapshot of your resume to Lovable Cloud. Anyone with the link can read that snapshot, so avoid sensitive information. Your browser keeps a private management token used to update or delete the snapshot. Deleting the resume from your dashboard also revokes its shared link. A link stops working after 30 days without being opened; opening it restarts that period. Expired snapshots are removed when checked or during cleanup. Removing browser storage alone does not revoke a previously shared link.
Optional AI and imports
Importing without AI processes supported files on your device. AI writing, AI importing and questionnaire generation send the information needed for your request to the AI service through Lovable. That service’s processing and retention practices also apply. Do not include confidential or sensitive information in AI requests. Review generated text before using it.
Hosting and external resources
Hosting and AI services process requests needed to deliver the site. Requests may include technical information such as an IP address and browser details. Fonts and images may be delivered by external services that also receive these requests. This policy does not promise that these service providers retain no logs.
Control over your information
You can edit, export or delete local resumes from the studio. Delete shared resumes from the dashboard before clearing browser data so the stored management token remains available. Deletion cannot remove copies that recipients have already saved.
