Using the studio
By using Crookshanks’ Academy Resume Studio, you agree to use it lawfully and only upload content you have the right to use. Do not impersonate others, misuse shared links or attempt to access or delete another person’s information.
Your content and responsibility
You retain ownership of your resume content. You permit the processing needed to provide features you choose, including public sharing and AI assistance. You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume, any permissions needed to include information about others, and keeping exported backups.
AI assistance
AI suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Check every statement, qualification and number. Replace estimates with verified results and do not present invented achievements as facts. AI assistance is not professional career or legal advice.
ATS-friendly resumes
“100% ATS Friendly” describes our intent to produce readable, text-based resumes with standard sections and bullets, not a guarantee that every applicant tracking system will parse every customization correctly. Layouts, fonts, colors, employer requirements and PDF settings may affect results. No interview, ranking, employment or hiring outcome is guaranteed.
Availability and sharing
The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free output. Browser data can be lost, so keep backups. Shared links expire after 30 days without an opening and are revoked when their resume is deleted from the dashboard. Copies already downloaded by others cannot be recalled.
Changes and legal rights
Features and these terms may change; material updates will be reflected on this page. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
